Greener Communities Day - Swindon

You are invited to gain and share inspiration and resources to support your climate and environmental goals at this event on Halloween day, the ancient festival of earth renewal.
Community groups, unitary and parish councils, schools and colleges, churches and mosques, businesses and charities and all sorts of other organisations are welcome to discuss and explore how to mitigate and adapt to climate change and reverse decline of nature and ecosystems.
Some people will have been encouraged by the People's Emergency Briefing film to think about how we can all do things in every area of life to help and how we need our politicians to enable and support a better future.
There will be stalls, presentations, panel discussions and workshops on various aspects - something for everyone. And some delicious healthy and nutritious plant-rich food for lunch!

Afterwards those who wish can join us at The Victoria, 88 Victoria Rd, Swindon SN1 3BD to mull it over - a very short walk from the church.
